Lake Keowee Home Watch has established relationships with third party contractors and knows who to call when something breaks, we are able to schedule contractors to repair any issue and ensure the entire process goes smoothly and the job is done right. We can manage these small projects at the home and give you status reports (with photos) as well as a completion notice.

Our Price : $50 per hour for projects below $2000. Projects costing more than $2000 have no hourly charge and a 5%-20% management fee (depending on scope of project).

Concierge service

Our concierge service covers a wide array of categories. This service is designed to make your life easier and your time at the lake stress free.

Our Price : $50 per hour

Services that fall into this category include

·        Stocking your home with groceries before arrival

·        Meeting friends and guests to drop off keys

·        Meeting a delivery service at your residence to sign for a package

·        Responding to alarms and meeting emergency services

·        Taking vehicles, boats or PWC’s to be serviced

Supervision of Vendors or service contractors

Do you have someone scheduled to perform work on your house, but don’t feel comfortable giving them a key? Would it give you peace of mind knowing a trusted advocate is in the residence for the entirety of the repair? We have you covered. Lake Keowee Home Watch will stay on site as long as work is being done and upon completion we will secure the premises. (must be scheduled 10 days in advance)

Our Price : $20 trip charge and $35 per hour on property (one hour minimum)

Before departing we will:

·        Set the thermostat to the desired level

·        Leave some interior/exterior lights on to give the impression of someone being home (if requested)

·        Turn off water (if requested) 

·        Lock all windows and doors. Secure all gates and fences

·        Set the security system
